Plan 9341Sliding Doors
Poorly-made sliding doors may blow in during severe windstorms. If this happens, the full pressure of the wind fills the inside of the building, and if no other openings happen to blow open to release this pressure, the entire building may blow apart. This plan gives a method of framing stronger sliding doors, to resist windstorms as well as the abuse of frequent opening and closing. This plan details both end and side-wall sliding door locations.
