Grain and Feed Processing Centre

This plan gives construction details for a grain and feed processing center suitable for feedlot operations and other large livestock operations where grain is the main feed ingredient. The plan is expandable, showing three sizes of floor plan. The stage 1 layout shows a 4.3 x 7.5 m (14'-4" x 25') building; this has a leg elevator, distributor head with downpipes to overhead bins, floor space for feed processing machinery and one outside grain bin with a drying floor. The leg elevator has a small hopper suitable only for side-unloading grain wagons.
