Tunnel Forced - Air Coolers

This leaflet provides comoplete instructions for designing, building, and managing a commercial size tunnel forced-air cooler. Cooling crops quickly after harvest is often essential in order to ensure crops remain healthy until processed or consumed. This tunnel is suitable for cooling fruits and vegetables in containers or pallets.
