Plan 4613Fixed Mineral Box
The mineral box is a practical method of providing minerals to sheep in field or feedlot. The box is framed and sheathed on the back, sides and bottom with plywood. A front board prevents wastage. Vertical spacers provide individual feed openings. Flat iron hangers are fastened to the back of the box for hanging on a fence or a building, and a steel pipe guard rail around the front keeps the sheep from soiling the inside of the box.
