Clay-lined Manure Storage Pond with Pumping Dock

This plan gives details for a liquid manure storage pond that can be built at the least possible cost. This type of storage is best suited to regions of low to moderate precipitation and where an impervious clay subsoil can be packed to make manure-tight banks and floor. Do not use this type of manure storage over sand, gravel, or fractured bedrock since leakage could cause pollution of underground water supplies.
